a bit about me:

    我目前是跨領域的UX設計師和專案經理,具有華碩和HTC的軟體規劃和設計經驗。在兩打半時也成功協助不同產業(包括藥廠和傳產)客戶進行數位化製作,提高開信率,開發LINE OA通道,以及設計案例系統,並在HTC和華碩期間對介面設計和軟體流程進行優化。

專案經理 - 兩打半
多領域專案管理:負責不同產業領域的客戶,規劃並執行多種數位化製作項目,包括LINE OA建置、網站建置、互動和展場活動規劃。


問答模組開發: 我成功導入數位應用在藥廠的活動宣傳中,特別是使用LINE login技術開發問答模組。這不僅提高了互動性,還允許藥廠端追蹤醫師的答案,這對於了解醫師需求和回饋至關重要。

安排互動裝置: 在活動現場引入了互動裝置,這不僅豐富了活動體驗,還促使醫師和業務之間更多的互動。這有助於建立更強的醫師-業務關係,並促進了更深入的對話。

LINE OA建置: 協助藥廠建立LINE OA,這是一個重要的溝通渠道,使藥廠能夠有效地與醫師進行溝通。同時,我們也設計了自動數據紀錄機制,將數據回送至藥廠的資料庫,這有助於更好地了解醫師的需求,並提供進一步的分析和決策的來源。

提升開信率: 成功地幫助藥廠提升了開信率,從30%提升到50%。顯示透過策略性的數位化製作和客製化內容管理對於改進溝通效果和客戶參與度非常有幫助。

UX設計師 - HTC和華碩
介面規劃和架構設計:在HTC期間,負責Phone和VR相關軟體的介面設計,並將無介面的語音助理轉化為手機上的互動介面。在VR領域,設計讓使用者更容易和自然地在虛擬世界中進行互動的介面。

軟體流程優化:在華碩電腦時,協助簡化Zenbo初始設定流程,改善Zenbo音樂APP的流程和功能。並成功規劃加入KKBOX和Spotify於Zenbo音樂APP中,提升用戶體驗。

而以上這些經歷,讓我在數位化製作、溝通策略、客戶關係管理和數據分析方面都具有一定的能力。期許這些技能和成就能使我在不同產業領域為客戶提供價值和創新的解決方案。

I am currently a cross-disciplinary UX designer and project manager with experience in software planning and design at ASUS and HTC. When I work at  TWODOT, I successfully assisted clients from various industries, including pharmaceuticals and manufacturing, in digital transformation initiatives. This involved enhancing email open rates, developing LINE OA channels, and designing case management systems. Additionally, during my tenure at HTC and ASUS, I focused on optimizing interface design and software processes.

Project Manager - TWODOT

Multidisciplinary Project Management: Responsible for clients from diverse industries, I planned and executed various digital transformation projects, including LINE OA setup, website development, interactive solutions, and event planning.

Development of Question-Answer Modules: I successfully introduced digital applications into pharmaceutical promotional activities, particularly by developing question-answer modules using LINE login technology. This not only increased interactivity but also allowed the pharmaceutical side to track physician responses, which was crucial for understanding physician needs and feedback.

Implementation of Interactive Devices: I introduced interactive devices at event locations, enriching the overall event experience and promoting more interactions between physicians and sales teams. This helped establish stronger physician-business relationships and facilitated deeper conversations.

LINE OA Setup: Assisted pharmaceutical companies in establishing LINE OA as a vital communication channel for effective engagement with physicians. Furthermore, we designed an automated data logging mechanism to send data back to the pharmaceutical company's database, enabling a better understanding of physician needs and supporting further analysis and decision-making.

Email Open Rate Enhancement: Successfully aided pharmaceutical companies in increasing their email open rates from 30% to 50%, demonstrating the effectiveness of strategic digital production and customized content management in improving communication and customer engagement.

UX Designer - HTC and ASUS

Interface Planning and Architectural Design: When I worked at HTC, I was responsible for interface design in phone and VR-related software, transforming voice assistants with no interfaces into interactive interfaces on mobile devices. In the VR field, I designed interfaces that made it easier and more natural for users to interact within virtual environments.

 

Software Process Optimization: In my role at ASUS, I contributed to simplifying initial setup processes and improving the functionality of the Zenbo Music App. Additionally, I successfully planned the integration of KKBOX and Spotify into the Zenbo Music App, enhancing the overall user experience.

These experiences have equipped me with skills and abilities in digital production, communication strategy, client relationship management, and data analysis. I look forward to leveraging these skills and accomplishments to deliver value and innovative solutions to clients across various industries.
